Job Overview

Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI on acquired properties. Value properties across the US and ensure valuation accuracy. Set turnaround times for dispositions and meet valuation objectives. Collaborate with Sales and Construction on pricing decisions and scope. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across valuations. Support company goals as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential property valuations/underwriting
• Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and quick adoption of new technology
