Job Overview

Broadcom is seeking a VCF Support Account Manager to optimize and personalize customer support experiences. This role involves advocating for customer requirements, building strong relationships, and driving adoption of VCF solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize and personalize customer support experience
  • Advocate customer requirements and priorities
  • Interact with top-tier customer organizations
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Drive adoption and consumption of VCF
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of related experience OR Master's degree plus 6+ years of related experience
  • Relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
