Vendor Management & Procurement Specialist

Design and implement third-party vendor governance framework Establish vendor tiering, onboarding, renewal, and termination processes Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection and contracts Evolve governance standards for regulatory defensibility and resilience Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering on vendor standards Maintain centralized vendor inventory and contract repository 6–8 years in vendor management/procurement/third-party risk in financial services Knowledge of SEC/FINRA third-party oversight expectations Experience with vendor onboarding, due diligence, renewals Familiarity with contract structures, SLAs, performance monitoring Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Tech In-office 4 days/week in NY and Chicago Equity and 401(k) match Health insurance coverage Wellness reimbursement Company-provided phone Generous PTO and holidays
