Remote Collaboration User Research Video Editing

We are seeking a user research specialist to support Carrier's marketing team by leveraging the Vidlet App and Online Platform. This role focuses on gathering qualitative, mobile video-based insights from a global pool of users through both self-recorded responses and moderated interviews. The project aims to capture authentic user feedback, enabling data-driven decisions and strategic marketing insights.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and manage 20 respondents provided by Carrier for research activities.
Design and execute one research challenge with 10–15 core questions.
Develop and pose 1–3 personalized follow-up questions per respondent as needed.
Utilize the Vidlet platform to collect, edit, and tag video submissions.
Organize and curate research findings into playlists and downloadable formats for presentations.
Provide Carrier team access to the Vidlet platform and support platform usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in qualitative user research and analysis.
Proficiency with video-based research tools, especially Vidlet.
Strong communication skills for conducting interviews and follow-ups.
Ability to organize, tag, and curate large volumes of video data.
Expertise in generating actionable insights from user feedback.
Familiarity with research data management and presentation tools.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort with remote collaboration and digital platforms.
Experience working with diverse, global respondents.
Ability to provide clear documentation and transcriptions of research results.
