Job Overview

Drive research and development in audio AI, focusing on text-to-speech technology.
Work remotely or from one of our global offices in New York, London, or Warsaw.
Collaborate within a diverse, globally distributed team passionate about innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain robust, scalable data management systems for text-to-speech projects.
Develop processes for automated training, evaluation, and deployment of speech models.
Implement data quality and versioning standards to ensure reliable outcomes.
Conduct exploratory research on advanced machine learning and deep learning methods for audio applications.
Continuously assess and enhance model and data pipeline performance through experimentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on building data pipelines and models.
Proven ability to autonomously evaluate and improve machine learning systems, especially in audio or text-to-speech.
Strong background in exploratory research, data quality management, and model deployment.
Passion for AI-driven audio solutions and making content accessible globally.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a drive for excellence.
