Well, a leading health technology company, is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Consultant Relations to join our remote team. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping and scaling the Consultant Relations function to drive strategic growth. The VP will cultivate influential relationships with national consulting firms, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and play a key role in elevating Well's visibility and impact in the healthcare benefits sector. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact team and help transform the way healthcare is delivered and experienced.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the Consultant Relations strategy to support company growth and market presence.
Develop and manage executive relationships with major consulting firms (e.g., Aon, Mercer, WTW) to drive deal flow and preference for Well.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align initiatives with consultant insights and market needs.
Negotiate partnership agreements and explore strategic alliances to expand market reach.
Lead a Senior Manager of Consultant Relations and scale the function in alignment with business priorities.
Drive participation in RFPs, capability presentations, and industry events to enhance Well's visibility.
Develop measurement and reporting strategies to demonstrate the impact of consultant relationships on business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in the benefits or healthcare consulting industry.
Proven national relationships with key consulting firms and thought leaders.
In-depth knowledge of the employee health and wellness benefits market, including procurement cycles and competitor landscape.
Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-year contract negotiations.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
History of building successful partnerships within the healthcare consulting community.
Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
