Key Responsibilities

Oversee portfolio of work to advance conservation mission
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Manage team of State Directors for successful outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications

7-10 years' experience in natural resource conservation policy
5 years of senior leadership experience
Ability to manage complex budgets
Strong advocacy for public lands protection
Experience in watershed health restoration
