VP Operations Non-Sales

We are seeking a dedicated VP, Operations (Non-Sales) to join our team in California. This remote position focuses on the seamless onboarding and payroll management of new hires, ensuring effective integration with HRIS platforms and accurate compensation setup. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision analytics and operations management expertise, with a commitment to collaborative and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and onboard new permanent employees (Band E1, Non-Sales).
• Initiate integration with Dayforce HRIS/payroll system during onboarding.
• Manage payroll setup including semi-monthly schedules, annual salary, bonuses, and equity allocation.
• Configure compensation details such as annual bonus, joining bonus, and stock options for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and California employment regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Located in California (home state requirement).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll integration (preferably Dayforce).
• Strong background in operations management and decision analytics.
• No visa sponsorship required.
• Ability to manage remote onboarding and payroll processes efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
