Responsibilities

Selling portfolio of services within the Engage suite to enterprise-market clients
Drive new business by acquiring customers and generating revenue within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance vertical
Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of business drivers
Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding teams to innovate solutions

Qualifications

12+ years' experience of consultative solution-selling experience with complex global outsourced solutions
Experience in outsourced customer care services or fraud prevention & detection solutions
Demonstrates strong new business acquisition and revenue generation with banking, financial services, or insurance clients
Track record of creating demand, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet and exceed multi-year, multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets
Comprehensive understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong commitment to effective funnel management
