Lime is hiring an In-Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Operations team! In this role you will implement best practices and lead projects that improve efficiency and solve problems inside the warehouse. You will enhance our fleet, and coordinate our teams in the warehouse. You will tackle challenges along our operational journey from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse, until a customer ends their ride. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization. The individual hired into this position must live within one hour from Lime’sLondon warehouse. What you'll do: Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics including performance management, defining short and long term goals, increasing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement efforts consistently Develop and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment by establishing clear safety and quality standards and implementing processes to ensure adherence while holding teams accountable for meeting daily operational expectations Establish and monitor quality metrics to track in-warehouse performance and operational efficiency while ensuring accountability of the team to meet daily targets Proactively identify and address operational challenges within the warehouse, communicating issues promptly and implementing creative, data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, maintain productivity, and ensure seamless daily operations. Manage the coordination of shipments and orders, including vehicles, spare parts, and tools, to ensure timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and seamless warehouse operations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize logistics and supply chain efficiency. About you: 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position Experience leading teams or groups preferred Excellent problem solving skills - you can solve complex problems in a logical and structured manner. Data driven in everything that you do - you must be very data centric and able to process and analyse data to solve problems and spot opportunities. (SQL and G-sheets) Work well under pressure - you must be able to handle competing demands and prioritize ruthlessly. Can-do attitude, no task is below you. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ownership and accountability to deliver precise and meaningful impact. An organized individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
