As the Wealth Talent Acquisition Manager at Finary One, you will be responsible for designing and executing a full hiring plan for wealth talent acquisition. Your primary focus will be on mapping the ecosystem, attracting top talent, and building a repeatable hiring engine to position Finary One as a top destination for advisors.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a full hiring plan for wealth talent acquisition
• Map the ecosystem across private banks and family offices
• Attract builders and rainmakers with portable books
• Assess revenue quality and challenge AUM track record
• Build a repeatable hiring engine with inbound/outbound pipelines
• Position Finary One as a top destination for advisors

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in wealth management/private banking
• Understanding of AUM dynamics, production metrics, and compensation
• Experience in portable book assessment and credibility evaluation
• Strong ability in sourcing talent through discreet outreach and market mapping
• Business mindset with a focus on hiring as revenue leverage
• Fluency in French & English
