[2026-2027] Therapist

Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges. Collaborate with school staff and families to create trauma-informed environments. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS model. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings. Coordinate care and referrals to community services. Engage families and collaborate with ESS teams to support student success. School-day schedule; no evenings or weekends. Competitive pay and benefits.

• Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional challenges
• Active CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) or eligible as ASW/AMFT/APCC
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
