Event Planning Forecasting Team leadership

As the Director of ABM & Field Marketing at Samsara, you will own and evolve our 1:1 ABM strategy for top enterprise accounts. This role requires a strong partnership with Enterprise Sales organizations to drive measurable impact on net-new enterprise acquisition and expansion pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead biweekly ABM strategy sessions with Enterprise Sales.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies to accelerate deal progression and win rates.
  • Align marketing investments to enterprise pipeline priorities and forecast visibility.
  • Oversee planning and execution of high-touch executive programs and events.
  • Evolve teams from execution-oriented to a strategic, specialized structure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with an ABM focus.
  • 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Proven 1:1 ABM program leadership.
  • Strong partnership with Enterprise Sales organizations.
  • Deep fluency in enterprise pipeline metrics and forecasting.
