Join our team as an Account Coordinator where you will work closely with Client Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams to provide campaign support. You will be responsible for managing tools like SFDC/Tarmac, Roku DMP, Tableau, Prisma for campaign execution. Your role will involve supporting planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, QA assets, tag mapping, and measurement setup. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to drive upsell and renewals. Developing an understanding of the Roku platform and ad products to support goals will be essential. Monitoring performance, pacing, and providing insights for upsell and renewals will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as experience presenting to external clients with reports, pacing, and billing. You should feel comfortable managing tier 3 accounts end-to-end with minimal support, and possess excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project management tools is necessary.
