Join ElevenLabs, a global leader in Audio AI, as an Account Executive based in India. In this fully remote role, you will help drive the adoption of cutting-edge conversational AI and voice technology within the customer experience (CX) and BPO industries. Work with high-velocity, autonomous teams focused on rapid experimentation and meaningful impact. Collaborate with a global team to build new enterprise relationships and generate scalable opportunities, while contributing to the evolution of AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in CX and Conversational AI.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities aligned with ElevenLabs’ product offerings.
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the Growth team to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain deep industry insight and provide weekly KPI and performance updates.
Drive initiatives such as campaigns, events, and partnerships to increase ElevenLabs' market consideration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7-11 years of experience in value-based technology sales, preferably in CX or BPO sectors.
Proven track record in building and expanding enterprise accounts and delivering multi-X growth.
Strong network and experience selling to CXOs in the Indian CX, Support, and BPO industry.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and sales tracking.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; experience with presentations and demos.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate autonomously.
Experience in high-growth environments and ownership of the full customer lifecycle.
Market insight into Conversational AI and familiarity with relevant SIs/consultancies (a plus).
