Bobtail is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Account Executive fluent in English and Punjabi to drive outbound sales and foster lasting client relationships. You will join a collaborative, diverse, and remote-first team dedicated to transforming supply chain efficiency through SaaS innovation. Job Overview

Engage B2B prospects via cold calls, emails, and texts to introduce Bobtail’s SaaS factoring solutions.
Convert leads into satisfied clients while building enduring partnerships.
Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and company-wide goals.
Maintain and nurture your sales pipeline in Salesforce and related tools.
Stay up to date on industry trends and Bobtail’s evolving offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and understand customer needs to propose tailored solutions.
Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Present and communicate the value of Bobtail’s products and services.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients for a superior customer experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and iterate on sales strategies.
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B outbound sales and cold calling experience.
Bilingual fluency in English and Punjabi (mandatory).
Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Knowledge of the US trucking industry is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Must own a modern laptop (max 3 years old) with a working camera.
Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Sales or business certification is a plus.
