Job Overview

At HackerRank, we are looking for a dynamic, high-energy, and entrepreneurial sales leader to drive the adoption of SkillUp across APAC.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and account expansion.
Drive outbound motion – identify, target, and engage companies that need SkillUp’s upskilling and assessment solutions.
Build and refine the GTM strategy – work closely with leadership to define positioning, pricing, and messaging.
Educate and evangelize – help customers understand how SkillUp can help them scale technical skill-building and assessments.
Close deals and deliver revenue – execute with urgency and focus on high-velocity sales to grow the business.

Requirements & Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech.
Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating independently.
Ability to adapt and iterate based on market feedback.
