Establish, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with Pros to drive engagement and growth. Serve as primary contact for your portfolio; ensure clear communication and follow-through. Support contract renewals by addressing concerns and reinforcing value. Identify opportunities to grow accounts via upselling and cross-selling add-ons. Provide ongoing support to ensure Pros have a seamless experience with our solutions. Analyze account performance and product usage to optimize retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with Pros.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your portfolio.
  • Support contract renewals and address concerns.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze account performance and product usage for optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, sales, or support in SaaS.
  • Experience managing mid-market accounts ($20K–$200K ARR) with retention/expansion.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills grounded in data and insights.
