Account Manager - Director

Stateside is a company that specializes in sourcing, hiring, and managing nearshore technical talent. Based in Los Angeles, California, with additional operations in San José, Costa Rica, Stateside provides a variety of technical team roles including full-stack developers, project managers, and cybersecurity engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a high-performing account management team to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Ensuring strong relationships with clients and developers, acting as a strategic bridge between operations and clients, and fostering upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Motivating, training, and holding the team accountable while delivering value and building long-term partnerships.
• Serving as clients' primary point of contact, building strong relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Client Success Managers and Account Managers to meet client needs and performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
