HealthCentral is a leading digital health publisher specializing in chronic disease conditions and providing resources for individuals managing those conditions. The Account Manager role involves client-facing responsibilities within the Client Services team, collaborating with Sales, Performance, and Editorial to strategize and execute digital HCP campaigns for HealthCentral.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to configure digital HCP campaigns
Understand and align product offerings with client KPIs to ensure campaign success
Effectively communicate with clients, address concerns, and handle requests professionally
Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Deliver top-notch customer service, being positive, energetic, and dependable

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years' experience in HCP digital media, ideally in an Account Management role
Strong understanding of client KPIs and ability to align products with core KPIs
Proven track record in effective client communication and problem resolution
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to remain calm under pressure
Strategic thinking, adaptability, and solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in media-buying terminology and online ad-serving platforms
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with an eye for detail
