We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Representative to provide essential support to our Tier 2 technical technicians. This role is pivotal in managing scheduling, documentation, data entry, and effective communication, ensuring seamless operations and superior client interactions in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technician schedules and assign work orders.
  • Coordinate client appointments and book resources for service calls.
  • Accurately input technical data and update client records.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and invoices.
  • Relay information between clients, technicians, and internal departments.
  • Track equipment inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of IT and POS technical terminology.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
