Job Overview

Partner with PMs and engineers to develop and implement AI agents for conversational interactions. Lead agent development with a focus on product strategy, design, and insights. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to drive their AI strategies.

Responsibilities

Scope and ship AI agents for thousands of conversations
Lead agent development with product strategy and conversational design
Be a trusted advisor to customers and drive their AI strategies
Build and refine conversational AI agents
Coordinate tech and non-tech stakeholders through full project lifecycle

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent; MBA a plus
Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management experience
