As a Sr Service Design Specialist, you will lead the development, optimization, and management of conversational AI agents. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents, including prompt engineering, design, testing, deployment, and driving improvements in agent performance through KPI analysis and conversation analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize conversational AI agents
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents
  • Drive improvements in agent performance through analysis
  • Identify automation opportunities and reduce contact volume
  • Maintain documentation for AI agent workflows and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in conversational AI or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms
  • Proficiency in conversation design and NLU/NLP concepts
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret logs and customer feedback
  • Excellent written communication skills
