We are seeking a strategic-minded AI Automation Developer to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. In this remote role, you will transform the founder’s vision into seamless automations that drive business efficiency. You’ll have the opportunity to architect complex workflows, create AI-powered tools, and directly impact our operations through robust automation solutions.

Job Overview

This role focuses on building and maintaining advanced automations integrating GPT, Notion, and Drive, enabling smarter workflows and streamlined business processes. You’ll work independently with clear specifications, proactively delivering solutions that simplify and enhance our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement sophisticated automation scenarios, often involving GPT, Notion, and Drive integrations.
Develop AI-powered document generation and hierarchical document workflows.
Create and maintain systems for expense tracking and budget monitoring.
Build lead capture, nurturing, and client conversion workflows.
Develop tailored guest/client portals with role-specific logic and calendar-based triggers.
Establish internal logs, summaries, and tracking solutions.
Debug, test, and optimize complex, multi-branch automation scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Make, Notion, and OpenAI (GPT-4).
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and data structuring for AI input/output.
Experience with regex, parsing logic, and code-level automation thinking.
Excellent problem-solving and automation architecture skills.
Ability to work independently with clear specs and suggest process improvements.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about simplifying workflows.
Bonus: Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
