As an AI Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, and in-app channels. You will design and implement AI-native workflows to personalize marketing systems, create event-driven lifecycle programs, and maintain a modular email design system.

Key Responsibilities

Own lifecycle marketing from onboarding to reactivation
Build AI-native workflows for personalized marketing
Design and scale event-driven lifecycle programs
Create and maintain a modular email design system
Partner with Product and Data teams for alignment
Define KPIs and optimize performance through experimentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years owning lifecycle or CRM marketing
Experience with event-driven systems
Proficiency in product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Braze, Iterable)
Technically curious with HTML-based email systems
Knowledge of SQL is a bonus
