Job Overview

Maneva, an AI technology company, is seeking an Operations & Technical Coordinator to support business operations and deployment team in revolutionizing manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules, travel, contract management, and procurement research.
Assist in managing executive and team calendars, scheduling meetings, and tracking follow-ups.
Support documentation of key operational and technical initiatives and gather technical requirements from customers.
Organize and track contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements, and prepare internal reports.
Assist in product testing, tracking project milestones, and preparing reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

Detail-oriented individual with technical curiosity.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to research, gather information, and compare procurement options.
Experience in vendor communication and contract management.
Proficiency in maintaining digital records and databases.
