AI Productivity Engineer

Job Overview

Join our team as an AI Productivity Engineer and take ownership of infrastructure, tooling, and documentation to enhance AI agent productivity. This role involves setting up cloud development environments, building server integrations, and developing guidance and context documentation for AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own infra, tooling, and docs to boost AI agent productivity
• Build MCP server integrations connecting agents to various tools
• Develop repo-wide agent guidance and context documentation
• Enable non-engineers to make visual updates with tooling
• Act as PM for internal AI agents, driving productivity improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code and Copilot
• Experience in writing agent documentation and custom instructions
• Track record building developer tools and infrastructure
• Comfortable with CI/CD, cloud infra, internal tooling, and app code
