Job Overview

As a seasoned SDET, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, enhancing model accuracy, and providing actionable feedback to improve AI solutions. You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust and reliable enterprise software, making a significant impact on the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Test AI-based conversational products through manual and automated methods.
• Monitor and enhance the quality assurance process, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Provide high-level data quality awareness across teams.
• Evaluate and identify enhancements for AI model accuracy.
• Prepare detailed testing feedback to support model and product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
• Experience with API testing and scripting languages (Java or Python).
• Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts and tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
