AI Training Specialist

Job Overview

As an AI Training Specialist, you will be responsible for building a collaborative team culture with open communication. Your main tasks will include gathering and analyzing sources to create internal training and AI enablement content, developing hands-on training for systems/tools, designing onboarding content and role-specific learning experiences, creating learning paths from concept to practical application, and maintaining and updating training materials to reflect product changes and AI alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years in Adult Learning, Training & Development
• Experience launching RevOps/Sales/Operations training initiatives
• Skilled at designing content from scratch and iterating on materials
• Able to translate complex topics into clear documentation and training
• Experience with AI Agents, chatbots, and AI training methods; prompt design
