Airport Affairs Manager

Job Overview

As an Airport Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for owning operational infrastructure for CLEAR's airport portfolio including contracts, compliance, and reporting. You will partner with the VP of Airport Affairs & Business Development to create executive materials, build scalable governance, and strengthen airport relationships. Your role will involve coordinating with Legal, Finance, Product, Ops, and Marketing teams for seamless execution, delivering real-time relationship intelligence through CRM and reporting.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in operations, business development, public sector, or partner management
• Experience with contracts, reporting requirements, or compliance tracking
• Managing multiple workstreams with high attention to detail
• Creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Influencing stakeholders through clarity, organization, and data
