Join Accesa as a Frontend Technical Lead to drive the development of a configurable risk model management tool using Angular. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and architecture of a strategic project within a regulated banking environment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and compliant front-end solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, mentor developers, and contribute to the technical growth and delivery excellence of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead front-end development using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.
Shape and contribute to technical architecture and design, aligning with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to clarify requirements and define realistic roadmaps.
Oversee code reviews, version control, secure deployments, and guide teams through development and release cycles.
Mentor and support developers, fostering technical consistency and supporting onboarding processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in web development with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong knowledge of RxJS, Observables, and reactive design patterns.
Expertise in best practices and performance optimization for Angular applications.
Proficient in RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and micro-frontend concepts.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools such as Docker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with unit testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest) and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright).
Background in regulated environments, especially financial or audit-driven projects.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills, including mentoring and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have: Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Java), regulatory compliance projects, complex UI/UX prototyping, monorepos (Nx), and exposure to banking processes.
