Join Twilio as an Application Integration Engineer and play a pivotal role in bridging business and technology. As part of the Center for Enablement (C4E), you will design and deliver robust, secure, and high-quality integrations across critical business platforms such as Finance, HR, and CRM. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with leading integration technologies and cloud platforms, collaborating across global teams to drive technical excellence and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise integrations using Informatica IICS (CDI/CAI), Mulesoft, and Workato.
Develop mappings, workflows, service tasks, and manage secure agent deployments with strong error handling.
Create and optimize API and data integrations, transforming data across multiple formats and managing schema changes.
Apply SQL and data modeling skills to enhance data flows and manage source/target systems efficiently.
Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to design scalable and resilient integrations, mindful of networking and storage considerations.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control for seamless deployment and rollback of integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to gather requirements, define SLAs, and ensure integration quality.
Drive best practices, document technical specifications, and proactively communicate blockers and project status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing and building integrations with Informatica IICS (CDI/CAI).
Proficiency in developing mappings, workflows, and managing agent deployments.
Strong expertise in API integration, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and automation for integration deployments.
Familiarity with Mulesoft, Workato, Kafka, Snowflake, or Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, with experience preparing BRDs and UAT scripts.
Ability to collaborate across time zones and prioritize iterative product delivery.
