Legal Expertise Regulatory Compliance Team Management

Job Overview

Act as a strategic legal partner to BCM, Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams. Negotiate complex commercial, technology, and infrastructure integration as well as data licensing deals with TradFi clients. Negotiate strategic and tailor-made partnership agreements with other major players in the blockchain and RWA industry. Leverage understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to technology service providers to FMIs.

Responsibilities

Lead complex commercial transactions independently.
Negotiate commercial, technology, and infrastructure integration agreements.
Develop strategic partnership agreements.

Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years of relevant PQE legal experience.
2+ years of in-house experience at a technology company.
Strong track record in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
