Job Overview

The Associate Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business/end users and IT systems development teams to identify, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements for technology-based solutions. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting product testing, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in requirements definition and gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Analyze business needs and define project scope and objectives.
Document business requirements in user stories and epics.
Write, maintain, and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects using Azure DevOps.
Conduct research and workflow analysis to recommend process and quality improvements.
Support the development of user guides, training materials, and product information sessions.
Collaborate with development, testing, and documentation teams to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with SQL scripting and data analysis.
Ability to understand and translate business and technical concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with defect tracking tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
BS in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
Proven ability to support testing, training, and implementation activities.
