Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Handle complex sanctions and due diligence matters
  • Develop a strategic enterprise-wide approach to sanctions compliance
  • Review and provide legal guidance on proposed transactions
  • Ensure compliance with sanctions regimes and end-user restrictions worldwide
  • Brief executive leaders on key transactions and regulatory developments
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of legal experience in Global Trade
  • Experience with U.S. sanctions and antiboycott laws and regulations
  • Legal writing experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly—particularly in writing
  • Minimum of three years in a law firm handling export control or sanctions-related matters
  • Prior aerospace industry experience
