College degree (required) plus at least 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, and/or media. 3+ years managing teams, including leading projects, mentoring team members and building processes. Deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics with experience building brand new installations, having implemented, configured, and customized the tool. Certification preferred. Built out measurement plans, analytics documentation, custom dashboards and lead client success reviews to drive insight of site performance and the overall customer journey. with analytics integrations and knowledge of Adobe products such as Adobe Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) preferred.
