Act as a strategic legal partner to different teams
Negotiate complex commercial, technology, and infrastructure integration deals
Negotiate data licensing deals with TradFi clients
Negotiate partnership agreements with major players in the blockchain and RWA industry
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years of relevant legal experience
At least 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company
Strong track record in leading complex commercial transactions
License to practice law in the US, UK or equivalent
Proven leadership experience
