Job Overview

As an Associate, People Relations, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relation concerns and conducting investigations within the organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams and providing HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relation concerns with leadership support
  • Conduct unbiased investigations following Oscar protocol
  • Collaborate on Title VII investigations with Legal, People Strategy, leadership
  • Serve as HR contact through onboarding, stay, exit interviews, and grievances
  • Lead CAP/PIP reviews end-to-end and coach leaders
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years HR experience conducting and documenting harassment investigations
  • 1+ years experience with remote employees and remote investigations
  • 1+ years knowledge of employment laws, EEOC, FMLA, Reasonable Accommodation, FLSA
