Competitive Analysis Market Research Problem Solving Product Management Software Development

Join Atlassian as an Associate Product Manager (APM) in our Graduate Program aimed at launching your career in product management. As part of our entrepreneurial team, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you can influence the direction of our products while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer and partner interviews to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
Create product specifications that align with user and business needs.
Research and communicate competitive analyses and new market/product opportunities.
Collaborate across teams to craft innovative solutions for customer challenges.
Participate in two, one-year long rotations with different product teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Recently completed or completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree by January 2026.
Passion for building and analyzing technology products and understanding customer needs.
Ability to think from multiple perspectives, including customers and development teams.
Deep appreciation for collaboration and teamwork.
Entrepreneurial or internship experience in software or consulting is a plus.
