Key Responsibilities

• Oversee audio and podcast projects from pre-production to post-production
• Lead creative by pitching new formats and expanding content offerings
• Collaborate with Talent Producers and instructors to guide scripts and sessions
• Standardize production processes for quality and efficiency
• Deliver high-fidelity content for large-scale productions and in-studio classes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in audio production, podcasting, and content creation
• Deep knowledge of audio recording, post-production tools, and editing workflows
• Experience guiding high-profile talent and working in fast-paced settings
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage schedules
• Passion for fitness, storytelling, and disruptive audio media
