As a remote Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact, multi-channel growth campaigns to drive revenue and sales pipeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage the latest AI innovations to position Level AI as a leader in customer engagement technology.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for an analytical and creative marketer passionate about B2B growth, category creation, and driving business outcomes. You will own the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, partnering closely with sales and creative teams in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive new sales pipeline.
Partner with sales to build a world-class Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
Leverage digital advertising, web marketing, webinars, video, events, direct mail, and more to engage target personas.
Define metrics, design testing plans, and analyze results to optimize campaign performance.
Lead creative development for acquisition programs and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (Computer Science or Engineering a plus).
3+ years of experience in growth marketing and B2B demand generation with lengthy sales cycles.
Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, content syndication, SEO, events, webinars, and campaign management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
Experience managing multiple complex marketing programs and collaborating across functional teams.
Agency or consulting experience is a strong plus.
Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about technology and business growth.
Remote position; must be available during Pacific Time (PT) hours.
