Job Overview

This position involves building robust backend systems for Sun King’s EasyBuy business unit, focusing on integrating business tools, optimizing data models, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. You will collaborate with a multicultural team to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend applications based on wireframes and product requirements.
• Create logical and physical data models to support application needs.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and bugs according to operational requirements.
• Perform comprehensive unit testing to ensure code reliability and usability.
• Integrate existing business systems and external services, including ticketing and communication tools.
• Write reusable, maintainable code following DRY principles.
• Collaborate with team members and product managers for effective system design.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of backend development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOPS).
• Expertise in Core Java and SQL/MySQL or similar databases.
• Experience with web services integration: SOAP, REST, JSON, XML.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and connecting Android apps to backend services.
• Preferred experience with Git version control.
• Additional knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
