The Principal Enablement Partner for the BDR organization is responsible for shaping and executing the enablement strategy and roadmap on a global scale. This role requires a proactive approach to developing and implementing enablement programs that enhance the skills and performance of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the global BDR organization.
  • Develop and execute global BDR enablement programs focusing on methodology and processes.
  • Enhance the BDR onboarding program, including content creation, SME management, and reporting.
  • Manage the BDR to AE advancement program to prepare BDRs for Account Executive roles.
  • Create a comprehensive skill development plan for in-seat BDRs.
  • Conduct needs and gap analyses through enablement councils, 1:1 meetings, and surveys.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Enablement within a high-growth global tech company.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, preferably in Mid-Market/Enterprise.
  • Deep understanding of sales dynamics with the ability to empathize and support.
  • Experience designing workshops and utilizing AI to enhance outcomes.
