Key Responsibilities

Design and execute ETL processes to build robust data pipelines.
Extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets from MySQL databases.
Create and manage dashboards and comprehensive business reports for key stakeholders.
Maintain and optimize reporting infrastructure, ensuring accurate and consistent data delivery.
Deliver ad hoc analyses, performance tuning, and actionable insights for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a data-driven analytics role.
Expertise in SQL, ETL pipelines, and data visualization tools.
Proficient in Python and familiar with Airflow.
Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of A/B testing and performance tuning for databases.
Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about sports and gaming (preferred).
