Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Meet KPIs for monetization, revenue growth, and retention.
  • Analyze reports to upsell and grow revenue from existing accounts.
  • Build strong partner relationships through face-to-face and video meetings.
  • Maintain consistent contact strategy to reduce churn.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in Account Management with revenue growth.
  • 2+ years managing full sales cycle from onboarding to revenue.
  • 2+ years closing SMB deals and generating incremental revenue.
  • Experience growing revenue from large SaaS account portfolios.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Team player with HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Ability to multi-sell and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
