Join Bobtail as an Account Executive (English & Punjabi) and help drive innovation in the supply chain industry. As part of our collaborative, mission-driven team, you will play a vital role in growing our client base and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Make 75-100 cold calls and send 45 prospecting emails daily to generate leads.
Convert prospects and leads into active Bobtail clients (target: 10-16 signups monthly).
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing thorough product support and guidance.
Present the value of Bobtail products and services to prospects and handle negotiations.
Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
Document activities and contribute to a transparent, data-driven work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience.
Proficiency in both English and Punjabi (verbal and written).
Relevant knowledge and experience with cloud computing; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client interactions.
Ability to quickly learn new web-based technologies and sales tools.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented approach with high accountability.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
