Job Overview

As a Bilingual Member Loyalty Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming members with quality service, processing transactions, and educating potential members about Oportun's services. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality service
Process transactions according to policy and ensure member information is protected
Work as part of a team or independently to meet lending and servicing goals
Educate potential members about Oportun's services during outreach efforts
Build relationships with local businesses and conduct outreach at events

Requirements & Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Outgoing with a sales-focused mindset
Comfortable speaking with people and helping them through outreach and education
Available to work weekends with rotating schedules
Basic computer skills and regular attendance required
Able to lift up to 25 pounds and conduct outdoor outreach
