Job Overview

As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in Spanish, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads through various channels and scheduling demos for the Strategic Cuisines AE team. This fully remote position offers a collaborative sales culture and robust training opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads via phone, email, text, and social channels
Schedule 36+ demos per month for Strategic Cuisines AE team
Contribute to 45k+ ARR per month
Make 65+ calls per day and 100+ outreach activities
Collaborate with SC Account Executives for lead handoffs
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Salesloft

Requirements & Qualifications

Must be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
Prior sales or customer-facing experience required
Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills
Remote-friendly attitude and self-motivation
Nice-to-have: Salesforce and Salesloft experience; background in the restaurant industry
