Join our team as an Associate Brand Compliance Specialist where you will be responsible for reviewing assets, ensuring brand compliance, and managing legal feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Own asset review workflow from submission to final approval
Review assets for brand claims, legal risks, and compliance with brand guidelines
Translate legal feedback into actionable revisions for creative teams
Maintain versioning and documentation for compliance auditing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects through review

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years in agency or regulated industry in asset review, compliance, or QA
Understanding of brand claims, compliance, and legal review for marketing materials
Attention to detail with ability to spot errors across content formats
Strong organizational and project management skills for high-volume asset work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in workflow management tools; ClickUp a plus
