Job Overview

Join our diverse design team at Automattic to work on creative marketing and brand projects for various products like WordPress.com and WooCommerce. As a Brand/Creative Designer, you'll collaborate with global teams to promote our brands across digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities

Work independently and collaboratively on exceptional concepts and visual design for marketing campaigns.
Contribute to brand and marketing design systems, templates, and style guides.
Collaborate with marketing, business, engineering, and product teams to grow the business.
Manage project work with external creative contractors.
Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and visual forms to align the work towards implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Extensive experience in brand and marketing creative design.
A strong portfolio showcasing brand and web design work and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude in leading design changes and challenging the status quo.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with various stakeholders.
Strategic problem-solving skills and experience in creating illustrations (a plus).
